| Conquer the Cable |
You won’t believe how easy doing a cable is, and the kinds of variety that exists to add spice to your knitting! Make a pair of cabled fingerless mitts of a yummy yarn and get a head start on your holiday gifts. Prerequisites: must be able to knit, purl, rib and cast on competently. |

| Yarn Substitution |
You’ve got yarn, you’ve got a pattern. Can you use them together? What are the guidelines and how far can you wander away from them? We’ll discuss yarn sizes, fibers, gauge, yardage and other considerations. Lecture and discussion. Supplies are pencil, paper, calculator and a sense of adventure! |

Come join us on Friday evenings as we sit around and knit, crochet, talk and generally just relax. Bring something to nosh on or share. |

Pretty Patterns, demonstrates how to incorporate the knit and purl stitch into basic patterns including stockinette, garter, and rib patterns and how to read patterns. |
